One of the few, still producing
daughters of the immortal stallion Khemosabi and out of a Ariston (by Bask) daughter! This precious old blood is sought after and prized for producing Champions! Khemoniquee
is not only beautiful (she looks just like her immortal sire),
but she has correct conformation as well. She is kind and has
had two awesome foals for us.

Gone, but always remembered in our hearts and
through her offspring
August 4, 2006

Lady was sired by our
foundation sire, SrEzra Ibn Farwa. She had 4 crosses to Abu Farwa.
Lady was the Queen of
Ginger Lynn Farms. She was shown at 3 months of age and won both of her large classes under our National Judges. A few days later she
was playing and broke
her right front cannon bone. It was such a severe compound break she underwent
surgery
at UC Davis. She had a bone marrow transplant that was inserted into her
leg from a rib and from her sternum, along with two plates and screws
holding her bone together.
Lady went through two more operations to later remove the plates after her bone
had mended.
It was a long, sometimes frustrating, and very expensive process, but it was
worth it!
What a wonderful success story Lady was indeed! Lady produced 15
incredible foals for
us, and was in foal with number 16 when she passed away. Her last foal, GLF
Spittin Image was only 9 weeks old at the time. He is without a doubt the best foal Lady
produced.
What a fitting tribute he is to the Queen of Ginger Lynn Farms.
We have 1
daughter of Lady named GLF Key To My Heart. We have 2 granddaughters
named GLF My Heart Throbb and GLF My Wild
Heart. All 3 will help carry on Lady's legacy.
